Joseph Robinson, Jr.

Joe is an ordained deacon of the Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg , PA.  He has held various leadership roles in the church, most recently as the former Director of Ministries.

Joe has been employed 25 years by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and is Chief of the Performance Improvement and Metrics Division.  He has extensive experience in strategic planning and leadership development and is an ASQ-Certified Quality Manager.

Joe earned a B.A. in English from The University of Virginia, 1980.   He and his wife of 20 years, Edna Robinson, reside in Harrisburg with daughter Brittany, and son Michael resides in Capitol Heights , MD with wife, Seneca.
